This is an experience: it's in my home, it’s very personal, and there's lots of hands-on learning.

So many people have asked me on a very practical level:

“What’s your process?”

“What do you do when you’re sitting with girls?” 

“And what do your mentors do with you?”

Well I’ve been a mentor, I’ve been a mentee, I’ve been a coach for many years. And I basically took 30 years of really good counsel and mentoring, and put this all together for you.

You'll hear live examples and dialogue.

And you'll experience how to sit with someone and practice listening.

This workshop is also me, showing you, where I see mentors and mentees make the most mistakes. It’s all the specific places where I know “more is caught than taught” :)

You will get the experience of:

• How to be a really good mentor, 
• How to love well,
• How to give wise counsel,
• How to practice wisdom without being prescriptive,
• How to practice discerning- pulling apart the complex issues of life,
• And also how to practice discerning between initial problems and true underlying issues.

You will also get the experience of:  

• How to be a good mentee,
• How to be teachable, 
• How to receive wise counsel with humility,
• And how be going through life, sometimes learning and growing as a mentee, and sometimes speaking into other people’s lives as a mentor. It’s really a fluid process and for a lifelong learner, isn’t it?
